Pando Moto Commando UH Jacket The Pando Moto Commando UH Jacket is an under the jacket tactical layer constructed from extremely durable power-stretch 65% UHMWPE which is 15 times stronger than steel. If that isn’t enough protection, DPO LP2 CE approved elbow and shoulder armor with a pocket for the Quatroflex CE Level 2 back protector (sold separately) add another layer. A MOLLE front allows riders to customize their loadout while keeping it easily accessible. Note: Customers recommend sizing up one size.
